Our primary activities include sea, ground, and cross-docking operations, where we expertly coordinate with customers, carriers, truckers, terminals, and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation. We also provide additional services to enhance the precision and efficiency of the supply chain. In pricing and sales, we engage in ongoing strategic negotiations with suppliers, customers, and agents to secure optimal rates and services. We continuously seek opportunities to support our customers' needs and explore business prospects to drive growth and expand our market presence. Our finance and accounting functions include reviewing and approving invoices, managing customer collections, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, all while ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. In processes and quality, we are dedicated to achieving data accuracy and excellence. We closely monitor the information entered into our systems and strive to keep everything compliant and properly documented. Our focus remains on maintaining accuracy for management decisions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. What is your job at FMS Brazil?

I work in the Operational/Customer Service department, primarily handling export customer service. My focus is on meeting customer needs, always providing the best solutions quickly and accurately to ensure shipments occur smoothly. I am responsible for booking confirmations, documentation processes, and post-shipment follow-up. Part of my job is to ensure that the customer is kept up-to-date with clear information and ongoing processes. Our goal is to maintain clear and continuous communication with customers, ensuring that all their questions and needs are promptly addressed. This is crucial for customer satisfaction and the success of logistics operations.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

I started working at FMS Brazil in 2017 as an intern, marking my first professional experience. From the beginning, I was welcomed by a team of experienced colleagues who taught me the procedures of the logistics chain, providing a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations in the sector and the routine activities necessary to ensure processes run smoothly. During my internship, I had the opportunity to learn about various aspects of logistics, from booking management and documentation processes to post-shipment follow-up. This period was fundamental to my professional development, allowing me to acquire practical and theoretical skills essential for success in the field. After two years of intense learning and development, I completed my internship and was given the opportunity to continue at FMS Brazil in a full-time position. Since then, I have been continuously improving my skills and competencies, taking on increasing responsibilities, and contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's logistics operations.

1. What is your job at FMS Brazil?

As a Sales Manager, I oversee the selling, distribution, and marketing of FMS Brazil's products and services, playing a key role in shaping marketing strategies and recommending initiatives to drive customer acquisition.  My core responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, setting sales targets, and managing the recruitment, training, and mentoring of high-performing sales teams.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

After over a year working as Sales Manager at FMS Brazil, I have significantly advanced my leadership and strategic capabilities. I have successfully implemented sales initiatives that improved customer acquisition and retention, while also refining my skills in managing and mentoring a sales team. This role has allowed me to deepen my understanding of market dynamics and operational complexities in the logistics industry, further enhancing my ability to drive revenue growth and align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
