1. Understand

2. Document
   Performance indiocators (KPIs) are defined together which capture the productivity of your logistics processes in a holistic and comprehensive way.
3. Analyze
   Measurement and evaluation of the individual KPI results: How good is the KPI based performance compared to prior time periods and to industry standards?
4. Optimize
   Creation of table of actions: Which measurements enable optimised results and target achievement?

This approach facilitates quick and sustainable results. The defined KPIs and their achievment are continuously measured, monitored and analyzed.
