How many employees work at FMS Delhi?

In Delhi, we are a team of 13 colleagues - including 4 colleagues to take care of Finance and Administration activities, a centralized function in India - with a good mixture of experience and youth dynamism who have been in the Shipping and Forwarding Industry for several years who work together to achieve the company goals.

Are there any staff events at the branch?

Of course! We love to celebrate the festivities and the birthday of each employee together. Often, we do lunch get-togethers and have a good time, exchanging ideas & work experiences. From this year 2022, we have started going for an “annual Picnic” for all FMS India colleagues – that was great!

What kind of jobs are there at FMS Delhi and what are typical tasks?

We have Export & Import coordinators, Regional Sales & Procurement team, Accounting & administrative coordinators, supervisors as well as the CFO and CEO based in Delhi.

1. What is your job at FMS Delhi?

As the designation states “Customer Service” to serve customers, I get back to customer requests quickly and offer them professional solutions, build a close relationship and maintain daily communications. Also, I co-ordinate with our overseas offices and shipping carriers for shipments, bookings, BL releases, container allotments and also with customs broker locally.

2. How was your professional development at FMS?

When I started working at FMS, I was an expert in the ocean export domain. But here I started to work on other products (ocean import, air export/imports) through which I have learned new things, I believe learning is a never-ending process, and look forward to new endeavors within the organization.

3. What makes FMS a great employer for you?

Due to the open-door policy, we have the freedom to express our views at all levels. Throughout my career and personal development, I have enjoyed learning and growing. I enjoy a fantastic work environment with great team-mates, who are always willing to help in a professional manner.
