How many employees work at the branch?
We have 11 employees in our Izmir branch. 9 employees and 2 interns. We are a young and dynamic team.
Are there any staff events at the branch?
Every day is enjoyable for us. We are a very young and fun team so celebrations are inevitable. Almost every Friday we have lunch together and chat. Having a drink together after work is normal for us :) We know every employee's birthday and it is important to us to make personalized surprises. Every year, we organize an event as FMS Türkyie. Unforgettable fun times are experienced for all employees.
What kind of jobs are there at the branch and what are typical tasks?
We are both an import and export office. We mainly organize maritime shipments. We developed our air cargo department and became an office providing sea, land and air services in 2022. The business development department makes customer visits. Our office profitability increases and they promote our company in Turkey. Our operations and documentation department works integrated. They follow the import and export shipments and always stay in contact with the customer. Our operations department strives to serve the customer perfectly.
